Welcome Table is charged monthly and collected in advance by Direct Debit. There is no fixed contract and you can cancel at any time.

Welcome Table is super-easy to use and we are on a constant mission to ensure the features contained within it are instantly familiar. However, we appreciate you may need to speak to someone occasionally, and all Welcome Table contracts include Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm live chat and telephone support. Technically, the system is supported every second of the year, though, because it is our responsibility to ensure it is always available, no matter where you are.

Welcome Table will soon be compatible with our range of EPOS products and the Welcome Anywhere booking system.

No. Welcome Table can be accessed on any web-connected device without any loss in functionality.

Yes. In fact, it’ll work on almost any device with an Internet connection and web browser!

None at all. You simply pay a low, fixed monthly fee for Welcome Table. We’ll charge you nothing extra!

You don’t need to! All Welcome Table subscriptions include automated backups as standard. You need not lift a finger.

It certainly can. Your table layouts, cover numbers and even more granular information about serving times and shift patterns can all be configured and changed at a moment’s notice.

Quite simply, yes. We would expect you to see an increase in your restaurant’s bookings due to the live accuracy of your availability and the ease with which customers can book. The automated process of updating your website frees your time to do other things. Online booking is no longer an optional tool – it is an essential one and means you never close your doors to new and returning business. You can even take bookings while you sleep. We could go on for hours, but we’ll stop there.

We don’t charge a commission or booking fee for reservations you take via your website. Welcome Table is available for one low, fixed monthly fee. We’ll charge you nothing more.

Don’t worry, we continue to invest heavily in our technical infrastructure and your data is safe. If you do lose your internet connection, you won’t be able to access Welcome Table… unless you have a smartphone or tablet with a good data connection (i.e. 3G or above). And, let’s face it, there’s almost always one to hand nowadays!

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription to Welcome Table at any time, there is no ongoing contract.

Please send an e-mail to accounts@welcome-systems.uk with the following subject line: Cancel Account: [insert your property name here]

We’ll respond via e-mail within 3 working days to confirm the account cancellation.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again. A refund of your subscription fee will be pro-rated based on the date your cancellation was submitted.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear on the debit or credit card used to pay your subscription. For subscriptions paid by Direct Debit, please allow one week for the refund to be transferred to your bank by BACS.

Nope – Welcome Table is 100% web-based which means that you only need an internet connection.
